In 2023, we successfully completed a £196k contract for the How Development in Peterborough, delivering seamless underfloor heating and screeding installations for 28 luxury houses.
We worked with our ready-mix supplier to provide a high-strength fibre screed for 66 house bases, adapting to summer conditions. By using a 360 machine for precise placement and coordinating closely with the contractor, we reduced installation time and minimised damage to the bases.
