Asked to undertake the screeding to 66 x house bases we worked closely with our ready-mix supplier to batch a suitable high strength fibre screed, continuously engaging with the batching plant with feedback regarding mix consistency and site conditions as the majority of the screeds were installed during summer.
The contractor would call off the screed plots as and when they became available. Working closely with the site team we were able to position the material onto the house bases using a 360 machine, cutting down install time and any potential damage issues to the sidings of the bases.
