Commercial Sub-Contracting

Initial enquiry – From initial receipt of tender documents or telephone enquiry we distribute tenders to our dedicated inhouse estimators for processing. Continually checking that all quotations submitted by return are as accurate as possible.

e-tendering – Tender documents are normally submitted by email to estimating@interiorscreed.co.uk. Project details normally consist of NBS documents, schematic drawings, bills of quantities and/or elevation drawings containing floor build ups. Alternatively, we can assist in ascertaining the correct information directly from customers.

Schematic drawing measures – Carrying facilities to print to scale schematic drawings we can conduct accurate take-offs quickly in pursuance of tender submissions back to the client.

24-48 Hours Tender Returns – Unless otherwise specified by the customer we aim to turn around tender submissions within 24-48 hours. By providing high quality estimates through effective tender process management our costs are built to help contractors gain an authentic cost.

QuickQuote – If you’re on the lookout for a floor screeding quotation but are short on time, get a QuickQuote. To benefit from QuickQuote, you’ll first have to complete some very simple questions on this website.

Site surveys – Should our price be of interest at that stage and dependent upon the type of screeding installation/scope or works we then attend site to conduct a site survey. Our dedicated contract managers are well versed in laser surveying sub-floor’s, ascertaining access restrictions and general pre-contact checking.

Pre let meeting – After being appointed to complete the contract, attendance of pre-let meetings can be conducted via the internet or directly on site before work commences. We recognise it’s an important opportunity for the project teams to perhaps meet for the first time and to plan out the construction stage.

Pay with ease – We have a number of ways to pay from insurance backed account facilities ranging from 30 – 45 day from month end to debit and credit card facilities that include all the major providers including Visa Debit/Credit, Mastercard and Maestro.

Health and Safety – Constructionline Gold approved we carry both Acclaim and CHAS accreditations together with Builders Profile approval. We submit site specific RAMS for each contract ensuring all our operatives are fully CSCS compliant.
