Self Levelling Compounds

We install a wide range of self-smoothing cementitious and latex-based self-levelling floor screeding products. Carrying latex products that allow installations directly to bitumen, plywood, ceramic tiles with a drying rate allowing resilient floor coverings to be installed in as little as 4 hours following installation.

We also carry a large range of cementitious self-levelling products which can be directly applied between 5mm to 50mm in one application. Accepting site traffic in just 3 hours and completely cured after only 24 hours shrinkage is minimised with the addition of fibre reinforcement providing the perfectly smooth, level surface for floor coverings.

Reinforcement & Strength

Installed to 20N/mm – 45N/mm2 after reaching full strength after only 1 day. The addition of polypropylene fibres within the screed mix ultimately enables us to achieve a more cohesive floor screeding material – reducing the risk of early shrinkage and cracking.

Drying Times

Walkable in 3 hours, any floor covering in just 24 hours. High humidity or low ambient temperatures can delay the drying out process, we ensure the correct floor screed type is specified at quotation stage.

Deliveries

Smoothing compounds are exclusively site mixed via forced action mixer. Smoothing compound is delivered out to the site in 25kg cement bags and where possible despatched to site via moffett wagon allowing the cement to be easily positioned at mixing areas with minimal disruption to the site.

Characteristics

20N/mm2 – 45N/mm2 compressive strength following 1 day. Smoothing compounds ultra-rapid characteristic’s include significantly reduced drying times improving final floor finish installation time frames.
