Working with many of the biggest and most prestigious names in the domestic home building sector we install screeding into new build housing developments large or small.

Typically, we install screeding into housing developments ranging from 30 – 300 dwellings. These can comprise of 5 to 6 bed luxury homes, down to 1 or 2 bed apartments. We also install floor screeding into small-scale housing developments together with the home improvement sectors which may include self-builds or private residential extensions.

We have many working partnerships with architects, specifiers and interior designers. We are often asked to create specifications for floor screeding from scratch, with our in-house design software we are able to produce design drawings complete with M10, M12 and M13 floor screed specifications for a wide range of different of projects.
