Interior Screed Group Ltd is proud to announce the completion of the Study Inn, Grace Street, Leeds. Contacted to undertake 600m+ ground floor screeding and insulation boards into a new aparthotel in Leeds, we mobilised to site quickly in order to keep our clients programme on track.

Floor screeding commenced following a thorough site survey and a comprehensive approval of the method statement ensuring that every detail was meticulously planned and approved beforehand. All floor screeds were wheelbarrowed into working areas and installed onto 90mm thick PIR insulation and DPM.
Project Highlights
The new ground floor reception and retail space is a sizable area, designed to offer a unique aesthetic shopping experience. The installation of 600m²+ of sand and cement Tarmac Tuff Screed required precision installation together with factory batched (off site) mix consistency to meet the client’s exacting standards.
Utilising Tarmac Tuff Screed, the product is a premium standard-drying C20 strength floor screed, wheelbarrowed into working areas facilitating a smooth and continuous floor screeding application.
