Following several successful installations on behalf of numerous retail brands at Westfield Shopping Centre, Stratford City, London our team was once again contacted by a returning customer to provide our specialised floor screeding services.
On this occasion our task was to install floor screeding into the new Sports Direct, Westfield Stratford City, London retail store. Floor screeding commenced following a thorough laser site survey and comprehensive site visit ensuring that every detail of the floor screeding installation was meticulously planned and pre-approved beforehand.
Given the constraints and location of the retail unit, the project presented unique logistical challenges, however our team was able to overcome all access restrictions ultimately providing an efficient, high-quality floor screeding service.
Project Highlights
The installation of 1100m²+ of Tarmac Tru Screed, ready mixed, sand and cement floor screed providing material screed mix consistency throughout meeting the client’s high specification standards. We used Tarmac Tru Screed, a premium quick-drying C30 floor screed, delivered daily, timed deliveries utilising 1-tonne bulk bags to facilitate a smooth and continuous application. Despite the logistical constraints of working at Westfield Shopping Centre, Stratford City, London our team successfully completed the installation within a 4-day timeline.
