We are proud to have installed the floor screeds into this development. Interior Screed site mixed the screed using screed pumps mixing graded washed sharp sand sourced from our nationwide network of aggregate suppliers together with our range of bagged-cement products. Our floor screeds are normally installed floating on either Thermal or Acoustic Insulation board or SBR Bonded directly to the slab using SBR Bonding. We supply and install floor screeds into many challenging site environments. Under circumstanceswhereby the main contractor is challenged by site conditions or access restrictions we are be able to offer a cost-effective solution.We regularly supply waste disposal facilities or ask our clients to pre-ply board outscreed mixing areas enabling us maintain a clean and tidy floor screeding installation for our customer. Interior Screed then line-out the area out with polythene to further protect the areas and at no extra cost. We can pump our floor screeds up to 150m from a static mixing area. We deliver and collect our floor screed pumps to most locations within the UK. Interior Screed carry within our supply chain a nationwide network of graded British Standard sand and aggregate suppliers. We operate a UK wide tipper and mixer wagon distribution service delivering graded aggregates direct from quarry. We can deliver between20 – 100 tonnes of graded sand, aggregate and bagged floor screed material per working day. We install between 100m2 to 400m2 per day/per development(dependent upon our current lead-in time and availability). As a standard we install 100m2 ofsite-mixed and ready-mixedfloor screeding per day. We supply and fit insulation systems, gas barriers, polythene and liquid DPM’s together with a range of accessories and sundries.Please enquire for details regarding availability and current lead-in times.
Interior Screed undertook the floor screeding installation into this scheme. We supply and install pre batched ready-mixed screeds to most locations within the UK. We deliver the screeds into working areas by either wheel-barrow, floor screed pump or ready-mixed 1-tonne bulk bags. We are able to position our ready-mixed floor screeds in a variety of challenging locations from public highways to shopping centre service yards. Should your site have challenging site restrictions we can normally offer a solution to overcome these difficulties. We offer a full range of readymixed and site mixed screeds supplied by our blue chip national supply chain partners. Our ready-mixed floor screeds can in-corporate accelerants to PP-fibre reinforcement. All our ready-mixed floor screeds together with our floor screedinginstallers conform to British Standard.
