Interior Screed Group Ltd completed the floor screeds at a new retail unit at Paddington Square in London. A large-scale development of both retail and residential space we were contacted by our customer to install the sand and cement floor screeds into a brand-new retail unit.

Contracted by a returning customer, we were asked to specify a floor screeding solution encompassing both acoustic and void forma insulations together with a suitably strong floor screed to last the lifetime of the building and build process.
Project Highlights
Situated in Paddington Square, London. Floor screeding commenced following consultation with the client and their design team. We were instructed to install Tarmac Tru Screed into this extremely challenging site. Screed material was transported via goods lifts over long distances in order to fulfil the clients requirements.
