Interior Screed Group Ltd completed the floor screeds into a Care Home in West Sussex.
A large-scale development the new residential Oakwood Court Care Home in Amberley Close, Haywards Heath underwent a refurbishment and major extension.

Contracted by a returning customer, we were asked to install high strength floor screeding and specialist insulation boards into a new Waitrose convenience store in Hampton Hill, London. The project is Waitrose’s first new shop in six years in Hampton Hill, London kicking off plans to grow its own convenience estate UK Wide.
Project Highlights
Floor screeding commenced following consultation with the client and their design team. Interior Screed Group were then instructed to install to the ground floor – high strength Greenguard GG700, 1200g damp proof membrane with a 500g separating layer together with a 95mm thick C40 ultra-rapid drying fibre reinforced floor screed.
Utilising sand and cement floor screed we provided the contractor with the flexibility to create micro falls therefore enabling us to easily marry up shop and rear entrance thresholds ensuring final floor finishes fitted perfectly.
