Interior Screed Group was contracted to deliver a turnkey flooring solution for a premium residential property.
The client required a high-performance screed system capable of supporting underfloor heating, ensuring fast programme times, and delivering an ultra-flat finish ready for final floor coverings.
To achieve this, we supplied and installed the full flooring package, including:
- High-performance insulation system
- Full underfloor heating pipework installation
- Isocrete Ultimate K polymer-modified screed at 50 mm
This allowed us to maintain complete control over all sub-floor elements, ensuring superior quality, efficiency, and accountability from start to finish.

- Additive-modified formulation for superior strength (C40) and reduced risk of shrinkage

- Laid to SR2/SR1 tolerances (project dependent)
