Interior Screed Group Ltd completed the floor screeds into 52 homes close to Birmingham City Centre. A large-scale residential development the new housing estate comprises of a new development of 52 homes with underfloor heating to the ground floors powered by air source heat pumps.

Contracted by our returning customer, we were asked to install floor screeds to underfloor heating throughout the new housing development.
Project Highlights
Floor screeding commenced following consultation with the client and their design team. Interior Screed Group were then instructed to install to the ground floor – PIR thermal insulations, 1200g damp proof membrane with a 500g separating layer together with a 65mm thick fibre floor screed to underfloor heating supplied and fitted by our sister company Interior UFH.
By using sand and cement floor screed we provided the contractor with the flexibility to in forming micro falls therefore enabling us to easily marry up entrance thresholds and bi-fold doors ensuring final floor finishes fitted perfectly.
