Site Access Restrictions/ Accessibility

One of our construction managers will be in touch a little closer to the date of our screeding installation to run through a pre-contracts checklist and clarify logistics.

If the meantime you are aware of any access restrictions that would help to ensure we have a trouble-free site attendance for example with wagon deliveries, scaffolding around the building, narrow entrances/lanes, gated entrances or perhaps any other information you would like to discuss with our construction management team when they make contact.

Don’t worry if you miss something our extensive pre-contracts checklist process covers 99% of all possible eventualities.

Please upload your site images and include the following :-
  • Site entrance
  • Screed tipping area/mixing area (whereabouts is the screed is to be positioned)
  • Water point – type of tap (only applicable if the screed is to be pumped)
  • Building entrance
  • Wheelbarrow/pump pipe run
  • Full external building photo
  • Internal exiting floor photos
We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur on-site, and schedule adjustments to works proceeding need to be made. Every effort will be made to accommodate a re-scheduled start date.

If you need to cancel your booking, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice.

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result in a cancelation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 10% of the reserved service. Please find attached a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
